Target size (length and width) and orientation.

Format:

Variable length Data Item comprising a first part of one octet, followed by up to two one-octet extents as necessary

Structure:

• Basic: Target length (LSB = 1m)
• First extent: Orientation (LSB = 360/128 ~= 2.81 degrees)
• Second extent: Width (LSB = 1m)

Note

Used primarily for surface targets (aircraft on ground, vehicles)
