Four-octet fixed length Data Item

Structure:

• Bits 32-25 (Sigma X): Standard deviation of X coordinate
• Bits 24-17 (Sigma Y): Standard deviation of Y coordinate
• Bits 16-9 (Sigma V): Standard deviation of ground speed
• Bits 8-1 (Sigma H): Standard deviation of heading

Resolution:

• Sigma X: LSB = 1/128 NM (approx. 14.44 meters)
• Sigma Y: LSB = 1/128 NM (approx. 14.44 meters)
• Sigma V: LSB = 2^-14 NM/s (approx. 0.22 knots)
• Sigma H: LSB = 360/(2^12) deg = approx. 0.0879 deg
