Detailed Description

Averaged difference in range and azimuth for primary target position with respect to the SSR target position as calculated by the radar station.

Format:

Two-octet fixed length Data Item

Structure:

• Bits 16-9: Range Error
• Bits 8-1: Azimuth Error

Resolution:

• Range: LSB = 1/128 NM
• Azimuth: LSB = 360/(2^14) deg = approx. 0.022 deg

Note

Negative values are coded in two's complement form
