Detailed Description

Sequence of weather vectors in start point/length representation.

Format:

Repetitive Data Item, starting with a one-octet Field Repetition Indicator (REP) followed by series of three-octet vector components

Structure:

• Bits 32-25 (REP): Number of weather vectors
• Bits 24-17: X-Component
• Bits 16-9: Y-Component
• Bits 8-1: Length

Resolution:

• X, Y, Length LSB: 2^(-6+f) NM

Note

f is a parameter of the SOP message

Negative values are in 2's complement form
