Detailed Description

Fully decoded video vector of a CAT240 data record.

Dense representation: the amplitudes buffer holds one entry per cell, amplitudes[0] is the first cell of the vector and empty cells are reported with amplitude 0. The start range of cell i (1-based, i = 1..n_cells) is start_range + (i - 1) * cell_length.
