Library Option.

AST_OPTION_DEFAULT
AST_OPTION_INDRA_CSDP	Indra CSDP has a bug to output longitude with opposite sign (positive vs negative). Enabling this option will decode I062/105 dataitem correctly when CSDP is used. Note: this bug is reported solved in new CSDP version, this option is kept for backward compatibility reason
AST_OPTION_EMPTY_FSPEC	Empty FSPEC means a FSPEC with zero bit set. By default empty FSPEC is not allowed and will cause FSPEC decoding failure. Enabling this option will decode empty FSPEC with success.
