Format:

Variable length Data Item comprising a first part of one octet, followed by one-octet extensions as necessary

Description:

Indicates which safety net functions are active and their operational status. Used primarily in Alive messages (Message Type 001).

Structure:

• First octet: System operational status bits
• Extensions: Safety net function activation indicators
