Overview:

Category 016 defines the structure for the transmission of reports detailing the configuration of an Independent Non-Cooperative Surveillance (INCS) system. It supplements ASTERIX Category 015 by describing the configuration of the system components (transmitters and receivers) that contributed to an INCS target report.
